General Manager - Birmingham - Bar + Block
We have an exciting City Centre role for an experienced General Manager to lead the team of 20 in this site. The site delivers around 26k in weekly sales. We are looking for a guest led operator with a proven track record of driving sales within a City Centre/busy location. The site has no on site parking however has great transport link with Birmingham New Street & Snow Hill train station a short walk away.
Salary - 41,000- 46,000 + up to 50% Annual bonus*

As General Manager you will be responsible for the entire restaurant and you'll lead the way with genuine passion. You'll personally be involved and proud to take complete ownership of your restaurant, team and your guest's experience every day. You will oversee all operations, motivating the team to ensure every guest served receives an unforgettable experience, ultimately creating outstanding, long lasting memories.
