Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Strategic Planning: You would be responsible for providing leadership and setting the strategic direction of the company. This includes establishing goals, objectives, and strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
2. Operations Management: You would oversee all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This involves coordinating with project managers, technicians, and other staff to ensure proper resource allocation, scheduling, and quality control.
3. Financial Management: You would have financial responsibilities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You would monitor financial performance, review financial statements, and make decisions to optimize revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
4. Business Development: You would be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This includes developing relationships with potential clients, attending industry events, and participating in marketing and sales activities to generate leads and secure contracts.
5. Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial. You would oversee client satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and ensure that projects meet or exceed client expectations. Building a positive reputation and fostering long-term client partnerships is important for the company's success.
6. Staff Management and Development: You would be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of employees. This involves setting performance expectations, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting professional development opportunities.
7. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards is essential. You would establish and enforce safety protocols and ensure that the company adheres to legal requirements and industry best practices.
8. Vendor and Supplier Management: You would oversee relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. This includes negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services needed for restoration projects.
9. Technology and Innovation: Staying abreast of technological advancements and industry trends is important. You would identify opportunities for implementing new technologies, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency and deliver better outcomes.
10. Crisis Management: In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, you would be responsible for managing crises and implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions to operations and maintain the company's reputation.

Salary: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
