Our aim is to build a team that delivers exceptional experiences seven days a week, including an experience-led bottomless brunch, special occasions and late night partying in the heart of CLAPHAM!

What we need from a General Manager:
General Managers are the backbone of our teams by setting example and supporting every single team member! We are looking for standout people to come and make a real impact in the business!
Personal Skills:
- A confident, self-motivated, and driven professional.
- A passion and love for quality food, drink, and most of all having fun!
- Self-motivated to complete all aspects of the role.
- Methodical and thorough when problem solving.
- Approachable at all times regardless of workload.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
The Role:
- Overseeing daily operations and confident running busy shifts and overseeing the whole venue.
- You must be confident with handling money. We’re talking P&Ls, stock control, meeting targets and submitting reports.
- Be a creative manager. It’s your bar, your baby! We want you to come up with cool new ideas to make your bar the best place to visit and best place to work.
- At least x2 years’ experience managing a busy high volume bar as either the Manager in charge or as second in command now ready to take full control.
- We’re after a people focused manager who enjoys training, hiring the best bartenders and motivating a team. Be unique in how you incentivise and challenge your team.
- Experienced with building and developing a team of 20.
- Strong knowledge on licenses, risk assessment, compliance, and health & safety.
- Organising team rotas and managing labour.
- You’ll need to be a hands-on manager who isn’t afraid to get behind a station when your team is in the weeds and smash out those dozen Pornstar Martini’s!
