The company is looking for a highly motivated and successful General Manager who has vast knowledge and experience in a high volume restaurant business as well as the importance of customer service in the budget hotel market.
The key responsibilities are to achieve a high volume of sales, motivate and develop members of staff, maintain high quality standards and to be the market leader in the area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record in: achieving customer satisfaction, being passionate about food and service, delivering excellent experiences to every customer.
Staff Development: You will be a great leader with a genuine passion for recruiting the right people & building a strong team by focusing on quality training and team development. You have strong communication and influencing skills. You are able to coach your team to deliver excellent performance.
The Establishment:
The Wishing Well Restaurant and hotel is situated in Selby. The restaurant is high volume and family orientated which seats 220. Above is a 39 bedroomed hotel and runs at 75 - 85% occupancy.
Our Requirements – A General manger who has had at least 2 year’s experience at this level, Passionate about delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction, Staff developing and motivating skills.
A hands on approach to work alongside your team during busy periods, Back office experience including financial reporting and day to day admin. Understanding of advertising in order to achieve higher sales. A personal licence must be held to serve alcohol under the licensing act 2003.
Management Rewards
