Miznon is looking for an experienced, confident and personable General Manager to lead their Notting Hill site, and to join a team that's full of good vibes, who are passionate about food and being their best authentic selves.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, service and also be the face of the business.
The Role
- Confident, polite and energetic individual with General Manager experience in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant
- You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst managing and supporting your team
- Working closely with Head Chef and company Directors on delivering sales targets, growing the business and ensuring the great reputation for the Miznon brand
- You will be responsible for managing and leading your team on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring the highest quality of customer service and food and drink service throughout the restaurant
- You will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges
- Confident in training and supporting your team with service standards, food and drinks knowledge, all Health & Safety protocols and much more!
- You will have a passion and interest in the city’s hospitality industry
- You will be reporting to the Operations Manager
