We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, managing staff, and ensuring that all goals and objectives are met. The General Manager will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, ensure financial stability, and promote the company’s mission and values. Job Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the expansion and growth of the business;
2. Researching and developing potential business and market resources;
3. Implementing marketing strategies and monitoring sales;
4. Establishing policies and procedures for the operation of business;
5. Directing, monitoring the company’s financial activities;
6. Maintaining business relationships, and negotiating contracts;
7. Liaising with other professionals, such as suppliers, contractors, or logistics;
8. Budgeting on projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
9. Consulting with customers regarding plans;
10. Planning organizing the activities of a residential or business renovation;
11. Performing project quality inspection;
12. Selecting and managing staff;
13. Supervising and training employee(s)
