The company:

JBAndrews are partnered with a leading logistics service provider which specialise in chilled, perishable, and hazardous storage & transportation. The company needs a General Manager to lead one of their most important sites which are dedicated to one large FMCG client.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Account Director.
• Full P&L responsibility for a large dedicated site with a major customer in the FMCG industry.
• Oversee 500+ staff within the warehouse.
• Accountable for the Customer, People management, Commercials, Implementations, contracting, and, resource planning.
• Advocate best Health & Safety principles.

The Requirements:

• More than 10 years’ experience in Warehousing and Distribution (Contract Logistics)
• Experienced with managed Chilled & Ambient warehouse facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree educated (or equivalent) in relevant field.
• Project Management certifications advantageous
• High level of senior management engagement competency
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation Management.
