We're looking for a General Manager to run our premium city centre, restaurant & Liquor loft in Cambridge. We have recently rebranded back to our roots - D'arrys
A passion for service & excellent fresh food is a must, a knowledge of wine is a real bonus in this role, we have an extensive wine list from D'arenberg as well as hits from old world and new.
In this centre of town location, creating and maintaining of strong community relations is essential, as well as reaching and attracting the huge amount of tourists that visit Cambridge each year.

- Responsible for the successful management of the entire business including kitchen/ restaurant /bar /function rooms & events / garden spaces.
- Strong controls for labour, stock & financial planning are essential
- To always exceed guest expectations and provide best in class hospitality to our guests.
- Passion for food is a must
Ideally you will have:
- Passion for fresh food hospitality
- Proven experience in a high-end busy restaurant / hotel environment at a similar level.
- Previous experience of budgets, recruitment stock control, ordering & team management.
- Ability to manage a multifaceted, fast paced business where every day if different.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive 'Can Do' attitude with a determination to lead by example

Salary: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
