Dishoom cafés are bustling spaces where people come together to break down barriers and share in a love of Bombay food and culture. Each restaurant pays loving homage to the Irani cafés and are deeply rooted in some aspect of Bombay history.
We are opening Dishoom Brighton in October 2023 and looking for an Assistant General Manager to be part of this new Cafe.

For our new team, we’re looking for a Assistant General Manager/ Restaurant Manager that has a genuine love of looking after their team.
- You have been working as an Assistant General Manager in a busy restaurant environment for at least the past year. You want to be part of a company that can help you flourish and become the best you can be.
- Working in partnership with the General Manager, your big-hearted approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
- You are ready to be the General Manager’s right arm; a natural leader, assuming responsibility to ensure the restaurant runs as it should in their absence.
- You’re commercially savvy and bring ideas to the table, eager to develop your overall awareness and understanding further.
- First-class service is your priority; always prepared to seek tough feedback, working closely with the General Manager to ensure you raise the standards every day and exceed everyone’s expectations.
