- Develop and share safety best practice between departments to ensure the best result for the site
- Develop customer relationships year-on-year to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Conduct business reviews, as agreed with the customer, on performance to ensure appropriate level of account profitability
- Lead by example to reinforce behaviours associated with our culture (eg. Respect & Results, Continuous Improvement, Employee Engagement)
- Provide leadership for the site in assessing potential, developing talent and succession planning

- Knowledge of the retail sector, customer trends and needs.
- Understands key cost drivers within operation and controls them accordingly
- Retail Supply Chain experience desirable
- Exceptional and demonstrable record of delivering against targets.
- Experience of managing warehousing and transport operations at a senior level.
