We are looking to add a new General Manager to the aviation sector who will provide expertise to the customer in the field of supply chain, management services, operations and continuous improvement. The size and scale of this opportunity is massive. You will not only take ownership for our operations but also improve employment engagement, influence change, recognise areas for improvement and identify new opportunities. You will also work closely with our Customer Team, Operations Director, Finance Department, HR, Airport Compliance Team, Airport Security Team and Trade Union.

- Responsible for day to day operation and stakeholders management including
- Provide leadership for our operation, assess potential, develop talent and succession planning.
- Proactively and professionally manage client relationships, delivering superior customer satisfaction at all times.
- Develop effective plans for business improvement activities and development of the customer account.

- Proven track record of managing of managing complex operations
- Customer Management experience at senior level
- Previous experience of succession planning and team development
- Experience of building and maintaining relationship with Trade Union
