We are seeking a Assistant General Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a leader who is hands-on, fully engaged and will provide a rewarding environment for our employees and our guests. Must have 5 years management experience in hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, planning, organizing, and directing of hotel services, including front desk, meetings/banquet/food/beverage, sales, housekeeping, maintenance and accounting
- Ensuring excellent customer service to all guests and oversee all aspects of guest service to ensure superior guest satisfaction
- Ensure quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relates to appearance, maintenance and cleanliness
- Maximize room revenue by anticipating and planning for market shifts and develop and monitor strategic marketing and sales initiatives
- Maintain Team Member motivation, training and development and compliance with policies, procedures and labor regulations
- Pricing strategy & set up for each room type and Restriction as needed, control pricing on RMS basis
- Maintain and track account payable and email invoice and statement once 15 days for outstanding
- Maximizing profitability through revenues and cost and labour control by overseeing revenues and expenses and working within budgets
- Participating in sales and revenue strategies
- Assisting in the development of the annual budget, business and marketing plans in order to implement and monitor such plans and participate in local and regional sales and marketing efforts
- Developing and maintaining business through rapport and connection with the local community
- Perform Front desk duty when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per month
