The Pub - The Foundry Bell, Wokingham
The Foundry Bell has been announced as the newest addition to Wokingham's hospitality scene. Inside you can expect a contemporary pub vibe, with roaring fires and carefully hand-picked design features. What you'll do as a General Manager...
- Take full P&L accountability for your business and ensure that the performance targets are achieved
- Lead by example in everything you do and bring Crafted Pubs to life by delivering amazing experiences for our guests
- Maximise all sales opportunities for your business, generating ideas that will drive sales
- Engage, inspire, coach, empower and connect with all team members, setting standards, expectations and making sure team members can be their best everyday
What you'll bring...
- You understand the operations of a large, food focused pub or restaurant, having had previous experience in a similar style role.
- You’re great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills.

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
