Burgerism is growing! After a busy few years establishing ourselves (and becoming the no.1 most ordered item on Deliveroo in Manchester during lockdown) we’re now expanding to new areas of the UK and are looking for a General Manager to take on the site launch in Liverpool!
A General Manager is key to the smooth day to day running of their respective site. We believe in a strong ownership mentality who will approach challenges dynamically and create solutions that will benefit the store. We will guide you along the way but let you run your store as if it were yours!
Key Responsibilities:
As General Manager you will
- Be responsible for the complete day to day running of your site
- Hold team 1-2-1s and appraisals
- Work through challenges to ensure our food quality is upheld
- Maintain a safe work environment and high hygiene standards
- Oversee the training of the team, providing guidance and support to leads and managers
- Oversee and deliver rosters
- Be a cultural leader and live and breathe the Burgerism values.
