The Lewes Road Inn - General Manager - Brighton
The site is in a student area but also serves the local community. It has a good selection of local ales, beers, wines and spirits. Our food offer is American diner style. We hosting a variety of entertainment including weekly quiz and a lot of live music, a passion for live music is a must.
Ideal experience / candidate
· A people person, with a love for hospitality
· Positive thinker, capable of using initiative
· 2 yrs management experience
· Great attention to detail
· Confident with all aspects of food service
· Comfortable cashing up & locking up
· Strong cellar management including handling real ales this is a free house so you can really put your mark on the pubs drink selection
· Have a clear grasp of stock control and the ability to do line checks
· Must hold a personal licence

· Starting Salary of £35,000 pa (dependent on experience)
