General Manager
County L/Derry
£60,000 to £70,000 + company car + bonus
We are delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturer of products for the construction markets to recruit for their new General Manager.
Reporting into Directors you will play a key role in day-to-day management across the facility, this will include;
- Coordination of production and sales departments
- Assigning performance objectives
- Recruit and train employees to achieve sales and profitability
- Set polices and processes in line with budgets
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
- Delegate responsibility whilst enforcing polices and procedures
- Other ad hoc duties as required
What we are looking for!
- High level of experience as a General manager within a production / manufacturing environment
- Exceptional leadership skills and attributes
- Track record successfully delivering targets and improvements
- Good negotiation, organisational and interpersonal skills
