General Manager needed in Newcastle
Come on board in Eldon Square!
We are the leading bagel retailer in the UK, serving super-fresh filled bagels, tasty snacks, sweet treats, chilled drinks and bean to cup coffees.
We are looking for a passionate, friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated General Manager to run our new store located in the Eldon Square shopping centre, Newcastle.
Opened last summer as our first store in Newcastle, The Bagel Factory Eldon Square has become one of our busiest locations.
The General Managers duties will include staff management, training, rota management, cashing up, ordering, stock control and the day to day hands on running of this busy unit.
2 Years of management experience within a similar environment is necessary but full training in the Bagel Factory operation will be provided.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 to £30,000 plus performance related bonus, paid holidays and other benefits.

Our perfect candidate will have similar experience within the food and hospitality industry, be very hands on and ideally immediately available.

- Catering management: 2 years (preferred)
