Holiday Inn Express Burnley is looking for a new Front of House staff member (known as a Guest Service Assistant) to help us deliver a fantastic experience for our hotel guests, with a salary of £10.00 per hour plus benefits, working 16 hours per week.
The role:
As a Guest Service Assistant you could be checking-in guests at Reception, serving at the bar or at dinner, answering the phones, responding to emails, helping with our breakfast service and doing some cleaning so you'll need to be a great multi-tasker who enjoys variety.
We're a 24/7, 365 days a year business so your shifts can involve midweek and weekends, early and late shifts. You'll be working a minimum of 16 hours per week.
About you:
Experience in hospitality would be welcomed. We are looking for team members who can demonstrate their reliability and flexibility around shifts, who have great customer service skills and confidence in dealing with the public, and who can happily work in both the food and beverage operation as well as admin, Reception and other areas of the hotel.
Access to your own car or living within easy reach of the hotel is valuable as public transport options may be limited for early starts or later finishes.
