Job description
Lindum York is currently seeking an experienced multi-trade operative to undertake remedial works at our clients’ sites and premises.
You must be multi-skilled and able to assess issues and to complete general maintenance tasks, repair and finish to a high standard or coordinate if a plumber, electrician or other trade is required. You must be able to manage your time and prioritise urgent issues.
You will be working in private occupied premises and will have direct regular contact with clients, therefore must be professional and friendly at all times.
Candidates will ideally live in or around York as daily travel will be required to locations within the City and across the Yorkshire region. Full driving licence is essential and a company van will be provided.
