Engineers Mate required for an established engineering company based in Derby. The engineers mate will be confident working within the heavy steel industry and have the ability to work to high standards of finishes.
The Ideal Candidate will meet the following
Fettler/Engineers Mate experience
Ability to work various engineering machinery - Band Saw, Pillar Drill etc
Cleaning defects, press marks, rough spots on the metal work
Ability to work from Engineering drawings
Ability to use varying hand and power tools - Grinder, Sander etc.
Clean and maintain work area at all times
A growing engineering company based in the Derby area that specialise in the design and manufacture of various products such as Stainless Steel tanks, Installation of structural steel work and varying pipework projects.
Package:
Temp to Perm
Opportunity to progress in to a Welder Fabricator with the support and training of the client
Days Shifts: Mon-Thurs 0730 - 1600 (42.5 Hours Per Week)
