General Catering Assistant (Primary School) - Term Time Only

HCL is an established and successful educational specialist caterer, providing over 16 million meals each year to children in schools.

Key Responsibilities

Basic food preparation and cooking
Cleaning duties within the kitchen/dining area
Health & safety compliance
Food service to students & staff
Friendly and polite customer service
Basic IT skills

Ideal candidate

Previous catering experience desirable
Team player
Food hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability

For a mobile/transporting role it is essential to have a valid driving licence and your own transport.
