We're currently recruiting a dedicated General Catering Assistant to assist in the smooth running of the restaurants and cafes at Imperial War Museum Duxford, just outside of Cambridge. The role can be on a part time or full time basis. Various shifts are available to fit around School runs and educational commitments.

Main Responsibilities:
- To complete daily tasks assigned by manager.
- Ensure that the front of house areas are clean, tidy and attractive during opening times.
- Be an approachable contact for all clients and customers.
- Be pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise.
- Provide a friendly and polite customer service for all clients and customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment.
- Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.
