Here at LGM we build extensions, new builds and carry out renovations.
Candidates must have 10 years + experience in the building and construction industry and must also be confident in leading a team. Responsibilities will include advising tradesmen, overseeing the site and making orders for materials etc when needed.
Duties will also include managing building control at each phase of the project therefore understanding building regulations is essential.
Must be experienced in extensions, alterations, installing sizable RSJ's etc. Expert knowledge & skills in groundwork, drainage & brickwork/blockwork is essential.
We are offering a salary of £36k - £40k depending on experience and will provide a company van if you do not have your own.
We often meet up after work on a regular basis to de-brief and also hold social work events throughout the year.
