We are a group of companies operating in the nursery, care home and the property sectors.
We require an admin supervisor
The Role
- General office duties
- Letter writing, filing, sorting
- Ensuring company contracts are best value and company is compliant with relevent
legislature
- Completion of hands-on tasks
· Working on own initiative to meet deadlines and confidently communicating with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
The Person
· A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience is preferable
· Able to work in a stand-alone mandate without needing day-to-day support or guidance
· Preferable to have worked in a nursery and care home finance environment
· Ideally experience of working directly in an SME environment or supported SME organisations
· A knowledge of Office 360
· Able to work in a demanding, rapidly evolving environment

Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week
Salary: £11,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
