We are a small, family run holiday let based in the heart of Coalport. We operate all year round and offer unique stays in our 2 converted railway carriages.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Answering telephone and email enquiries
General communication with guests
Occasional housekeeping duties (to cover holidays)
Updating online content- including social media
General admin duties.
What we need from you:
Teamwork is vital
Good telephone manner & communication skills
High level of microsoft experience
Flexible and able to use your initiative
Social media experience.
