PRIME CLIENT SERVICES, EMEA – GLOBAL BANKING & MARKETS
The Client Services team within Prime Services are responsible for clients within the Prime complex: traditional Prime Brokerage, Listed Derivatives, OTC Clearing and Prime Clearing. The team play a crucial role within the Prime Services Organisation and works closely with Sales, Securities Lending, Funding, New Business Group, Risk, Engineering and Operations amongst others, to enhance client experience, identify revenue growth opportunities and cross-sell. Acting as the day-to-day Relationship Manager in Prime, the team is a window to the broader Goldman Sachs offering and are instrumental in developing relationships across products, delivering “OneGS”.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Develop and grow Prime client relationships
- Understand the intricacies of the Prime business and develop cross selling skills across the various products available, delivering “OneGS”
- Work in partnership with clients on their strategic goals, which may include streamlining their processes and interactions with GS to find STP solutions
- Managing client feedback across Prime and the wider franchise
- Manage pricing implementation across Prime
- Manage ad-hoc commercial projects based on business requirements
- Become a GS Prime platform, product and reporting expert
- Deliver and merchandise Prime Consulting and Global Markets content
- Organise and run client meetings and events
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in a similar role and/or background in Prime Services, banking, or the hedge fund / asset management sector
- Prior experience in equities, fixed income and/or derivatives
- Must be able to develop strong relationships with clients
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have exceptional organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- Must be hard working with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong team player
- Language skills are desirable but not a priority
