Job description
Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Gardener to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a flexible approach, will be proactive, positive and professional with the ability to work well under pressure and able to work under their own initiative.
A successful candidate, working full time or part time, will be required to work on a range of projects in Northampton and occasionally out of area.
The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and garden equipment.
A trailer may be available subject to a licence permitting.
Salary will be according to hours and the equipment you can provide
Responsibilities will include all aspects of grounds maintenance to maintain sites to a high standard keeping sites clean and tidy.
It is essential that you have proven experience with power tools, excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and the appropriate protection and understand the importance of working safety in both resident and commercial environments
