R J White Garden Services Ltd is the one-stop shop for garden services in the Thames Valley. Based in Henley-on-Thames and working within the surrounding area. We are a small firm which prides ourselves on customer satisfaction and workmanship. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team to continue to make gardens and all green spaces look fantastic for our customers. Flexible working pattern considered.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain seasonal plants, shrubs and trees
• Mulch, edge and weed gardens
• Lawn mowing
• Pruning
• Maintain gardening equipment and company vans (Some employees may have responsibility for a company van which they will take home and use for work purposes)
• Monitor and maintain the health of plants
• Deal with pests and diseases that may damage plants
• Customer engagement during time-on-site
• Work as part of a team to deliver services to our customers
• Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris

Requirements

• Experience desirable, ability to learn, be willing to participate in ongoing training.
• Must demonstrate a passion and interest in horticulture and gardening
• Enjoy working with a small friendly team
• Happy to work outdoors in all seasons
• Good customer relationship skills and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,800.00-£25,000.00 per year
