Job description

White Elm Garden Centre is looking for a Garden Centre Assistant to join our family run business.

The main duties within the plant area team include daily watering and stocking up of plants, answering customer queries and general upkeep and maintenance. You will have great customer service skills aswell as being able to work well within a team. You will be required to operate the tills on occasions too.

The individual will have a passion for plants and a good level of plant knowledge. Horticultural experience is essential, whether that’s in the form of a relevant qualification and/or experience of working in a garden centre or a similar environment.

This role is for 5 days per week including 1 weekend day, 9am to 5pm.
