Role and Responsibilities:
Engaging Customer Interaction:
- Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and establish a connection before they enter the game room, while delivering the pre-game briefing.
- Offer subtle and well-timed assistance to players within the room, providing discreet clues when necessary. Monitor guest progress during the game and offer hints as needed, ensuring a successful and enjoyable experience. This can be done either remotely via CCTV or by taking on an "in-game character" persona in person.
Post-Game Interaction:
- Conclude the players' experience with a personalized debriefing after they've either escaped or faced the challenge.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms and venue before and after each game.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- This role is suited for individuals who are well-organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.
