Job Description:
Job Title: Spares Co-Ordinator
Location: Warrington/Leeds
Mission: The Spares Co-Ordinator will liaise with customers to make sure they have the correct part required for the customer’s needs and to make sure the customer is kept up to date on all aspects of delivery after receiving the order.
Key responsibilities:
To identify and quote for the spare parts required by the customer
To liaise with Supplier’s (IG & OG) to obtain quotes and lead times
To take ownership of each job from quoting stage, processing the customer PO to invoicing
To liaise with the Customer on any delays or issues with the delivery of the goods
To liaise and chase the customer on any invoice queries or non-payments
Qualifications:
Skills and attributes:
Experience in Microsoft Office Applications, SAP, Salesforce bFO
Working in a small team
Customer Oriented
Proactive and work well on own
