Job description
Since the first branch of General Traffic opened in 1983, our family business has grown to be one of the largest distributors of Vehicle Parts and Tyres in the North and Midlands.
We are recruiting for someone to join our warehouse team at our distribution hub in Warrington.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a familiarity with computers and a keen eye for detail. They will work as part of a team handling the large volume of stock that we receive from suppliers and deliver to our customers on a daily basis. They will also be required to work independently using their initiative to maintain high standards of accuracy, cleanliness and efficiency in their department. Duties will include checking supplier deliveries, locating stock in the warehouse, picking stock for other branches and for customer dispatch, checking customer returns and completing daily stock takes.
45.5 hours a week.
Monday – Friday between the hours of 4:00am - 6:00pm and alternate Saturday mornings
Salary: £10.42 per hour
