Job description
A waiter/waitress with proven work experience who also has worked behind a bar is required. Good customer service and communication skills together with a good telephone manner is essential when taking reservations for the restaurant. A positive 'can do' attitude will be an advantage. Customers come to the restaurant for a good experience. The waiter/waitress needs to make a good impression as soon as the customers arrive.
The successful applicant will be required to meet and greet customers, show them to their table, take food and drinks orders accurately, deliver food and drinks safely and promptly. They will be responsible for serving the drinks, hot and cold. Look after customers, clear and reset tables. Liaise with the chef as necessary. Ensure restaurant and bar area is left clean and tidy. They will be required to work a card machine and till as well as the glass washer.
This is a job which requires complete team effort.
