Job description
We're looking for a warm and friendly individual who enjoys working with a diverse group of people and helping our guests relax, unwind and have a good time. As one of our servers, you will be responsible for providing customers with fast, friendly and courteous service, so we're interested in hiring candidates who have excellent working knowledge of our menu, wine list and other drinks. The ideal candidate will have experience tending to groups of people, have excellent communication skills, an ability to multitask and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and drinks to customers.
- Maintain proper wine glass temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, including restrooms and exterior.
- Maintain organized drink station for staff.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and health codes.
- Contact customers to notify them of arrival time, or provide other services if food has been delayed due to kitchen or wait staff error.
- Explain daily specials, and sell wine and beer.
- Deal with difficult customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
