Full Time Store Assistant
Hours
Full time 40 hours a week plus overtime contract. You must be available to work 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday, also be available 2 to 3 days shift throughout Monday to Friday, as it is essential. Please note that this is a Permanent on-going position (no seasonal job) and that you must be flexible to work on a rota/shift basis.

About the Role
We are looking to recruit Store Assistant to join our store in Central London. You will be key member of the team and will be
The role responsibilities will be as follows:
· To roll and bake cookies using our freshly bakes dough and our bespoke ovens
· To assist customers in all aspects of their purchase (including answering queries on product ingredients, explaining special offers, serving hot and cold drinks and etc.)
· To operate the till and perform cash handling duties
· To ensure that the cookie display area is always kept to our high standards
· To assist with cleaning and restocking of the store

· Regular performance reviews and training and the ability to be promoted up to Store Manager for the right candidates (note that all of our current Store Managers started with us as Store Assistants)

About You
· You will have previous experience in the Food and Beverage retail industry (desired but not essential)
· You will need to have the ability to work at fast pace in a busy store
· You will be available and flexible as per the shift/rota patterns above
· You will need to have a passion for outstanding customer service
· You will have a friendly and professional attitude
