Hi are you a superstar receptionist seeking a new position?

We are recruiting for a fulltime receptionist to come and join our friendly orthodontic practice.

The practice has been established over 30 years treating thousands of NHS and private patients in the Essex Area. We are close to all transport links such as Victoria Station and 5 mins from Southend High Street.

Our reception team assist patients with enquires, book appointments, scan documents, general data entry, check apppointment diaries, answer emails, filling, liase with labortories, & general administration.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-530pm, lunch between 1-2pm.

Salary to be discussed/confirmed at interview.

You will need to be:

· The sucessful applicant will need to able to provide two referees

· We require a DBS check. (Standard check)

· The right to work in the UK.

For the role you will need to have the following:

· Very good verbal and written communication skills.

· Good customer service skills

* Be extremely reliable

. A friendly positive "can do" attitude

· Be able to follow practice polices and procedures

· Be a team player

· A Multi tasker

* Have good computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £17,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
