We’re in need of some talented individuals to join us as a front of house team member on a Full time and Part time **basis at The White Horse, Shere.
The White Horse is situated in the little village of Shere, close to the tiny bubbling River Tillingbourne, is a former 15th century farmhouse and Grade II Listed Building called The White Horse. It’s hard to imagine an English country pub more idyllic. One of Hollywood’s most romantic films ‘The Holiday,’ starring Cameron Diaz and Jude Law, was shot there. In fact, the charms of Shere have lured the creators of ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral,’ ‘Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason'. Our little pub comes with plenty of character, throughout the week it is quite village pub, then at weekends the pub comes alive with all the tourists coming into the village to have a day out with the family or a leisurely walk with friends or the four legged type.

About the Role
**
Working front of house, you will need to be friendly and approachable and responsible for making our guests feel right at home from the moment they walk in. Nothing is ever too much trouble. You will be knowledgeable around our menu’s quality cask ales & wines while delivering the perfect pour and excellent service. Passion is at the heart of every decision you will always need to try to go the extra mile to make our guests’ visit that little bit more special.
About You**
You don’t need to have experience (though it can help) as we will develop with the training you need… to offer the WOW factor to our guests. All you need is a warm and friendly personality, willingness to learn and a genuine love for what you do.
