Job description

We are currently seeking individuals to join our Warehouse team in Bicester.

The main aim of the role is to deliver effective stock management whilst driving the Company KPI’s through the maintenance and availability of product.

Main Duties include

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within Warehouse
• Manage tasks energetically and efficiently
• Receiving and processing deliveries in a timely manner to ensure effective replenishment.

• Ensuring all stock is processed in an efficient manner

• Ensuring that behaviour at all times complies with Health and Safety directives and policies
• Communicating clearly & effectively

The ideal candidates will posses the following skills:

• Good verbal Communication skills, Actively listens and is able to build Relationships with others
• Open to learning and developing new skills
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability regarding daily tasks and duties

• Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment, juggle priorities effectively, resolve issues quickly
• Computer and numeracy skills
• Ability to work on own initiative

This role involves manual handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00 per hour
