We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly front of house servers. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting our customers with choosing their food and responsible for the prompt completion of all orders, making milkshakes and packing orders.
We are looking to recruit a great vibrant and diverse team who can be smart, well groomed and dress to impress!
Multi tasking and working well under pressure are key points in what we need for our business.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints in person, over the phone, and via e-mail.
- Open, close, and manage the cash register.
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Expedite food orders by giving them to the cooks at the right time.
- Handle customer complaints on food and service.
- Follow sanitation procedures.
- Take out the trash and recyclables to the dumpster.
