The job

We are on the hunt for some pro-active, friendly hard-working & experienced floor staff to join our growing team. As well as your dashing charm and witty sense of humour, you will be reliable, consistent and a big team player. With our rapidly growing business and vast opportunities available to our staff, we hope that you will be able to grow with us in the company and develop your skills further by experience and additional training. Taking guidance from our accomplished management team you will show a willingness to embrace our way of doing things and ensure the Rarebreed Dining standards are consistently met.

Only those applicants with a minimum of a years waiting experience in a full service restaurant/pub will be considered.

You will report to the Head Floor and will work closely with the wider team to guarantee our guests are receiving exceptional service on every visit.

The nitty gritty

As you’d expect, we do have some expectations on the level of experience we require. We would hope that you;

- Flexible availability – Weekends are essential

- Have previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant with similar high standards and comfortable managing a section on your own

- Are comfortable carrying multiple plates at one time and trays of drinks to guests table

- Have smart presentation and appearance

- Are calm, confident and an excellent communicator

- Show a passion for all things food and drink

- Are passionate about hospitality and interested in developing a career in the industry
