Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leeds
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Assisting customers with product or service-related questions
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in the database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office suite
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
