Aesthetic Practitioner (Full and part-time)

The Opportunity

We are now recruiting for a full and part-time Aesthetic Practitioner to join the team at our Newly refurbished Wembley clinic. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, advising them on suitable treatments and products and carrying out a range of advanced treatments. Other duties will include:

You will be responsible for the delivery of elective skin care, body contouring, derma fillers, laser hair removal and facial treatments for clients, working under the supervision of the Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities

·Provide guests with complimentary consultations regarding skin care services

·Determines guests skin care goals and recommend appropriate products and services

·Seek advice of Spa Manager as required on treatment protocols, raising any guest noncompliance

·Maintain guests records detailing all consent ensuring they are retained securely in line with the company’s Data Protection policy

·Monitor equipment insuring proper operation/maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines

·Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with hygiene and safety standards

·Participate and attend in-service educational and training programs and staff meetings

·Track referral sources, sends thank-you letters and posts consultation letters to the guests

·Maintain inventory-tracking system for retail and professional products

·Order/stock inventory and supplies as needed for maintaining treatment rooms and retail areas

·Maintain a valid Aesthetician license to comply with legal regulations Requirements

·Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification including experience of laser treatments

·Dedicated to respecting the rights of customers at all times and to promote their privacy

·Commitment to upholding legislative and best practice regarding policies and procedures

·Committed undertaking professional and personal development to ensure excellent performance

·Excellent understanding of the regulatory responsibilities and the qualification requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Salary: £10.00-£22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

• Qualified to Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (preferred)
