Overview
Otterpool Park is a proposed Garden Town located in the Kent countryside, close to the seaside towns of Folkestone and Hythe.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a keen Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate's primary role will be to provide full administrative support to our small, but growing team, generally helping the office run smoothly. You will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots enthusiasm.
A good general education including A – C in GCSE English and Maths is required together with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and confident in the use of IT is essential. Applicants must have good communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour. The ability to use your own initiative will make you an ideal candidate, as will your cheerful disposition, common sense and patience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Liaising with the IT providers.
- Maintaining corporate documents.
- Photocopying and printing documents
- Assist in planning and organising events.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes at those meetings as required.
- Producing “action list” after meetings.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking rail travel.
- Using computers to generate reports, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
