As we actively scale, an opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Admin Assistant. Ideally we are looking for someone with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn. We’ll teach you about our processes and procedures, so no prior knowledge of the sector is necessary. Still, experience of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software, as well as general IT competence is expected.

The Admin Assistant will report to our Office Administrator; roles and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient running of our central office, as well as the company’s core activities in sales, marketing and support.
- Organising and monitoring logistics: for incoming and outgoing orders; for service and maintenance; and for conferences and exhibitions.
- Processing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices and receipts, and entering data into our CRM system.
- Facilitating meetings, both internally, externally and with visitors.
- Other activities that may be requested by senior managers.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths; or at least 3 years experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrable written and oral skills to an excellent standard;
- Computer literate, with good typing skills (familiar with Mac an advantage).
