Job description
Here at MJ Quinn we are currently expanding our IS team which has created an exciting new opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join the business. This position will be based in our Network Operation Centre in Knowsley, Liverpool, England. Working Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and providing support to other team members in a DevOps model. You will work closely with Platforms and Operations teams to adapt to new infrastructure, improve performance, and maintain network and system security. Your ability to work in an agile environment will be vital to the rapid release of products that add value to MJ Quinn.
Responsibilities of the role:
- To be responsible for designing, coding, testing and implementing mobile and office I.T applications and web services to fit with the current system, primarily focused in Dynamics 365.
- Work closely within the architecture teams, following Agile, MS DevOps development methodology.
- To be fundamental in developing MJ Quinn's working culture, it's reputation, and values.
- Designing and producing high quality application code, primarily within the MS code stack.
- Working in an agile team developing applications for 365
- Produce high-quality code to aid in the delivery of digital products
- Provide technical leadership within the team
- Consistently deliver to challenging business objectives and adhere to Service Level Agreements and KPIs
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and make recommendations for improvement
- Utilise Agile Technical practices; Test Driven development (TDD), Continuous Integration and Delivery, Pair Programming
- Introduce appropriate processes and tools to optimise delivery and quality of software products
- Collaborate within agile teams to ensure quality project/product execution and software development cycle

To be successful in this role you will have experience of:
- Web Development (HTML)
- Mobile Apps Development
- Developing Dynamics 365
- Deploying & managing Dynamics 365
- Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Demonstrable practical experience with a wide variety of software development techniques and strategies
