As a Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager, you will...
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to make sure we are able to fulfil high volumes of customer orders
- Be responsible for key operational procedures and maintaining plans, including health, safety and fire risk
- Own packing and warehouse-level metrics & manage a team to meet fulfilment KPIs
- Manage site stock and consumables, including receiving, dispatch and organisation
- Lead a team of warehouse & packing assistants to deliver a first-class service to patients
- Work closely with HQ supply chain team (abroad & locally) to manage inventory, including owning the stocktake processes on site
- Standardise palletisation and storage practices
- Identify operational bottlenecks in the warehouse and bring these to the surface
- Ensure that improving our patients' experience is at the forefront of how you operate
Your Experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience managing and scaling a warehouse and team
- Expert knowledge of best practice warehouse operations, systems, and processes
- Understanding of the compliance landscape related to warehousing (in a regulated industry)
Bonus points for:
- Diploma in Warehousing and Storage, or equivalent training and/or experience
- Experienced in handling legally-restricted products (e.g. medicines or food)
- Experience of setting up/fitting out a new warehouse and/or fulfilment operation
