Role:Fulfilment Manager

Location:Erdington, Birmingham

Hours of work:08:00 – 16:30 5 Days out of 7

Salary:£40,000 - £45,000 Per Annum

Mainstay Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Fulfilment Manager on behalf of a well-established fashion retailer based in Birmingham. As a Fulfilment Manager, you will be working in a fast paced ever revolving environment delivering first class customer expectation. You will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating your team to deliver required KPI’s daily and plan to succeed during promotional and seasonal events.

Duties of the role:

· Work with the Retail and E-Commerce teams to ensure that all tasks and customer orders are fulfilled within required timeframe.

· Pro active approach to planning resource in line with order activity with the relevant department heads.

· Ensuring KPIs are achieved in-line with the agreed specifications and time periods.

· Planning and managing the Web fulfilment team and other warehouse teams ensuring resource is in place to ensure tasks are fulfilled and labour costs met.

· Creating daily/weekly people schedules.

· Managing, training and coaching team members to ensure they are fully equipped to fulfil their tasks.

· Monitoring task progress and productivity at regular intervals.

· Reporting findings to the senior management team.

· Picking and packing KPI’s are paramount – achieving daily is a key goal.

· Consumable inventory control.

· Stock inventory investigation and control

· Ensuring full compliance at all times of company policies and procedures, standards, and legislation

· Communicating with and building relationships with external third parties, suppliers, and internal departments on all aspects of the business

· Complete people tasks such as Return to work interviews and reviews.

· Facilitate investigation and disciplinary meetings.

· Monitoring adherence to Health and Safety requirements

· Undertake and reasonable assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

· Fulfilment centre management experience

· Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment and have the ability to work under pressure.

· Excel and computer skills

· Hands on approach

· Methodical and excellent communicator

· Hours of work: 08:00 – 16:30 5 Days out of 7

· Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Per Annum
