Job description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you ready to be an integral part of a growing brewery?
We already have a brilliant brewery that makes the best kombucha in the land but we’re about to take it to another level, so if you’re looking to start or expand your career and experience life in a busy craft brewery then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
THE COMPANY
At Hip Pop we’re on a mission to get Europe drinking the best innovative drinks that do good stuff from the inside out. We’ve already won multiple awards for our delicious kombucha but we also have other cutting-edge drinks on our road map so if you’re eager to expand your knowledge and grow you’re going to love working here.
We’re based on a gorgeous farm in Dunham Massey (Altrincham) and we manufacture our products, end to end in our state-of-the-art, sustainable microbrewery so we’re able to quickly launch wonderful new products to delight our growing customer base.
We are also building a brand new brewery in the heart of Manchester Piccadilly as part of a massive new community being built in an ex-Aluminum Die Castings. The new brewery is a huge scale up from our little farm and sees us not only expanding our current kombucha and living soda ranges, but also producing two world class lagers for the site in which our brewery is situated!

You will be a problem solver with a commitment to improving processes and ensuring the requirements of the business are met
