We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Strategic Resourcing Team of 10. You'll support us to keep our hiring processes smooth and ensure we excel at attracting and recruiting the very best employees.
This is an exciting role and will be varied, allowing you to utilise many aspects of your experienced gained ideally within a background of Talent Acquisition or HR.
About the role
- Preparing outstanding Powerpoint presentations and Excel reports to deliver accurate, compelling visual documents and data to share with the wider business
- Coordinating with the Talent Managers in each of their business areas to assist arranging interviews for candidates throughout our Waterside location
- Providing administrative assistance to all our Strategic Resourcing team
- Maintaining databases with candidates in and setting up and managing talent pools
- Managing referral processes within the business and ensuring this is promoted
- Assisting line managers to write accurate 'on brand' advertising for roles
About you
- Outstanding Powerpoint presentation skills (essential)
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems ideally Earcu and Tableau data reporting
- Experience of using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular), and social media avenues
- Excellent organizational skills, very high level of integrity and confidentiality, energy and creativity and a can do attitude, always investigating what's new
- Comfortable communicating with line managers at all levels
