What you will do as a Night Host
As a Front Office Night Host, you play a key role in creating a meaningful and memorable Andaz experience to our guests. Some key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Enabling a smooth arrival and departure experience including providing a detailed room orientation and assistance with delivering luggage
- Ensuring that all guests have the appropriate credit facilities established, and handling cash transactions and billing
- Assisting with guest requests throughout their stay and handling guest complaints
- Maximizing revenue opportunities through up selling
- Providing extensive knowledge of the available Hotel services and facilities, as well as information and assistance regarding the surrounding areas of the Hotel
